Call us. One phone call and we lock in your date — no forms, no waiting for an email back. We'll confirm availability, walk you through setup space, and hold the unit for you on the spot.
What does delivery include?
Delivery, full setup, staking or sandbagging, a safety walkthrough with whoever is supervising, and pickup at the end. You do not set anything up yourself.
How much space do I need?
A standard castle needs about 20' x 20' of flat, clear space plus room to walk around it. Combos with outside slides need more length. Tell us your yard when you call and we'll match you to a unit that fits.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is ideal. We also set up on asphalt, concrete, and indoor gym floors using sandbags instead of stakes. Just let us know the surface when you book.
Do you need power?
Yes — a standard household outlet within 100 feet. If there's no power at your location, we rent generators with gas included.
What happens if it rains?
Safety comes first. If there's heavy rain or high wind in the forecast we'll call you to reschedule or cancel. We do not charge you for weather cancellations.
Are you insured?
Yes. Party Patrol Rentals LLC is fully insured and we provide certificates of insurance for parks, schools, and venues that require one. Ask when you call and we'll send it over.
How far in advance should I book?
Spring and summer weekends book up fast, especially May through August. Call as early as you can — but always call even if it's last minute, because we often have units available on short notice.
Do you deliver to my town?
We cover Hartford and the surrounding towns. If you don't see yours listed, call and ask — we travel further than most people expect.
